Pricing is confirmed during your intake consultation. Fee agreement required before planning begins.
The questions we get on the first call.
Do you book flights?+
No. We recommend the right timing, route, and fare type, but you book the flight. Flights are the one part of the trip where we do not take a commission.
What if my trip is in a few weeks?+
A shorter audit is usually possible sooner. A full plan or longer trip review is best with at least four weeks of lead time.
Why so few clients?+
This is a small service. We take only the number of trips we can plan without rushing the pace.
How do you share pricing?+
We do not publish fixed prices yet. Once the scorecard shows the trip is a good fit, we discuss the right option and the fee on the first call.
